Invite others to comment when one leaves comments one needs to respond. This process allows others to contribute our own ideas and experiences and understanding thus all can have total knowledge. This is done by sharing and building on line.

I agree with Patty's thoughts,in fact I had even the same words to say in my mind in general. So, here is a benefit of PLN: I know what Patty is thinking and this is the same that I was thinking. I am not alone!We are the community!
